OEA Vehicle checklist

A compliance check tied to Authorised Economic Operator (AEO/OEA) standards, ensuring vehicles meet customs and security requirements.

Step 1 :

Is the container full, empty or is it a resubmission?

Step 2 :

Check if it’s well placed and there is no damage.  License plate?

Step 3 :

Depending on its size you may have to squat down to take a good photo of this.

Step 4 :

Make sure you get a complete and image of the entire door within the frame.

Step 5 :

Capture it in its entirety and look for any dents, scratches or structural issues.

Step 6 :

Make sure you have enough lighting and pay close attention to any damages.

Step 7 :

Step inside the container and look out for damages.
