Checklist

7-point container

A standard security inspection of seven specific points on a container (doors, locks, walls, floor, ceiling, etc.) to detect tampering, contraband, or structural issues before loading.

Step 1 :

Outside / Undercarriage

Inspect before accepting the container. Support beams should be visible and without structural damage.

Step 2 :

Outside / Inside doors

Secure and reliable locking mechanisms, no loose bolts, all plates are solid.

Step 3 :

Right side

Look for usual repairs to structural beams. Repairs to inside wall must also be visible on the outside & vice versa.

Step 4 :

Left side

Look for usual repairs to structural beams. Repairs to inside wall must also be visible on the outside & vice versa.

Step 5 :

Front wall

Front wall should be made of corrugated material. Interior blocks in top left and right corners should be visible. Missing or false blocks are abnormal, ensure vents are visible.

Step 6 :

Ceiling / Roof

Ensure support beams are visible. Ensure ventilation holes are visible. They should be covered or absent. Ensure no objects are mounted to the container.

Step 7 :

Floor

Ensure floor is flat, uniform height and does not have any unusual repairs.
