Revealing the invisible in the cold chain

From the slaughterhouse floor to international shipping containers, every link in the chain must protect what matters most: product integrity. 

But in a process that depends on timing, temperature, and trust, many critical moments remained invisible. Each plant documented inspections differently. Photos were stored on cameras, reports filled out on paper, and follow-ups were done through email or WhatsApp.

From paper trails to digital proof 

To standardize operations and ensure full visibility, Minerva partnered with Cargosnap to digitize inspections, capture visual proof, and connect teams across every facility and region. 

Together, the teams mapped and digitized Minerva’s core cold-chain workflows. Each inspection step — from checking a truck’s temperature to sealing a container — is now guided through the Cargosnap app. Photos, videos, forms, and barcodes are automatically linked to the right shipment.
