Sales Development Representative, Nordics

We are looking for an energetic CargoSnap ambassador in the role of Sales Development Representative, Nordics, who’ll kick sales ass in the Nordic region. Getting more qualified demo’s to our sales team is your target. That’s not easy. You’ll need the patience of a saint and the persistence of a bulldog. You will be working in the Sales and Marketing team, with other sales development representatives on various strategies to ensure that we will get a foot in the door and convert them to a qualified lead. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger sales team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of tech sales in a fast-growing environment of a scale-up.
As our first point of contact for all our future customers, you are the face of CargoSnap. It is your responsibility to be their trigger to start implementing proof of condition in their operations. It’s your passion, energy and insights that will make them want to learn more. Find creative ways to target and get more opportunities in your funnel. Bring your A-game with empathy, hard work and persistence. You know that an activity-based workstyle will get you more leads through the funnel.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will be helping to craft effective strategies to target specific accounts and markets. But that is not all. You will also actively qualify interested opportunities leveraging the power of Solutions Selling. As a Sales Development Representative, Nordics who will be responsible for qualifying prospects from lead status and converting them to opportunities in the sales pipeline. Have fun! The position of Sales Development Representative, Nordics is ideal for a sales professional with growth aspirations towards a Team lead position. This role offers a competitive compensation package and exposure to an industry-leading SaaS product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads.
  • Become an online encyclopaedia of proof of condition in logistics
  • Work closely with an Account Executive within a territory.
  • Create sales opportunities by generating appointments.
  • Influence the sales process and enhance current capabilities and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Track-record to exceed KPIs in previous (BDR/SDR) positions
  • You are results-driven
  • Min 1+ years experience with new business sales within SaaS
  • Ambitious and prepared to put in the hours to deliver top-end results for our sales team
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language; any additional European languages you speak will be a strong plus
  • You are a team player who is unfazed in handling conversations with senior stakeholders
  • An inquisitive mind, A willingness to learn
  • Bonus points if you have a logistics background and thus a passion for logistics
  • EU Citizen and living in the Netherlands
