I had an interview with Jasper, and I got the job offer a week later… it was so quick!
I was getting into an absolutely new industry: what challenge! I did not know what it would bring to me. My first challenge has started on my first day; my manager went on holiday for 3 weeks, and then I’ve asked myself: How am I going to manage my first weeks here? It was exciting and scary at the same time.
Of course, I was not alone. They did have an excellent companion to help me: Daria. She explained to me how the industry and company work step by step throughout the weeks. Later, Jasper returned from his holidays, showing him that I got some homework done. I was proud of myself. Phew, I survived!
Now, after a few weeks of being part of the team, I can say that I’m getting on track. What motivates me to work at CargoSnap is that the team is always there for you, helping, valuing your opinion, and never getting annoyed by your questions. That is what I look for in an organization to work with; a transparent environment, willingness to help, and know that your opinion counts.
